Joe Bowen has been in the private practice of law since 1989. Through the years he has had the privilege of working and serving people throughout the area in which he grew up.

Legal Background

Joe graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1980. Just four years later he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. He then decided to attend law school and later received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1987. After finishing law school, Joe returned to the Skagit Valley in 1989 and opened his own private practice in 1991. In addition to his commitment to clients, Joe is also committed to his volunteer work and involvement in local public service projects.
